Elspeth helped us purchase our home 5 1/2 years ago.  We gave her a list of what we wanted.  Other realtors seemed to be missing the mark of what we really wanted.  She listened very attentively.  And voila, within a week, we were viewing what became our future home!  It was perfect for us.  She was very helpful through the process, and went above and beyond with her personal customer service.  It is a relationship she builds with her clients.  We again used her when searching for some further property, and although at the time, the sale was unsuccessful, it mattered not to her.  What mattered to her most, was that we were happy, satisfied clients.  We would highly recommend Elspeth Manning to be your realtor of choice.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I was very impressed with how the

completion of our house purchase went after our little bumpy start. Elspeth certainly showed

great professionalism while helping us finally find and obtain our new home. I was really

impressed with her perseverance to make the purchasing process an enjoyable one, but it is

her warmth and humor that really turned around the first stress that had occurred. The

relationship that was formed was especially reinforced when my in- laws unexpectedly showed

up demanding not only a new home but one with absolutely no notice to Elspeth or myself.

Elspeth helped with what was a very potentially emotional purchase as my in laws are leaving

not only their town but their long term family home. She was extremely emotionally helpful

with my father in law and took special pains to explain everything over and over again to

them. It was although exhausting to her she kept a smile on her face and one on my in-laws,

and trust me here that was a HUGE feat. Both of them have nothing but praise for her as do
